Upon completion of its renovation in September 2018, Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower will be reborn as a more sophisticated and elegant hotel, designed by the global interior company “GA,” which will create a new standard for luxury hotels. At the Executive Tower, our staff will also provide unparalleled service and the ultimate hotel experience. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with individual escort service while also being offered complimentary valet service upon check-in and check-out. During check-in at the Sky Lobby (15F), guests will be provided with welcome tea and hot towel service for the most comfortable check-in process. All guests staying at the Executive Tower will also be provided with complimentary ironing service (2 shirts per stay), and turndown service.
