This hotel is set in a beautiful green cove just 30 m from Karvouno beach and 600 m from Syvota harbour. Syvota is very popular for sailing boats and large private yachts and offers the calm of the Ionian Sea, unequalled beauty, lush green surroundings, crystal clear waters and natural moorings. Guests will find shopping opportunities in Syvota, as well as restaurants, bars and nightspots. The old village of Vrachonas is some 8 km and it is about 24 km to Igoumenitsa, around 35 km to the River Acheron and some 36 km to Parga. Built in 2010, this finca style complex was constructed in stone by expert craftsmen and comprises just 3 villas in total. They are set on a large plot of land, giving plenty of space for privacy between each villa. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby, a currency exchange facility, a café, a restaurant and wireless Internet access. The villas combine modern and traditional styles. Each is unique and comes finely furnished and tastefully appointed with a TV lounge/sitting room, a marble bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
