The property is conveniently situated on the newly built residential Urbanisation of Val Sol and has lovely outreaching views to the front and access to hundreds of acres of woodland to the rear. This villa is on the end of a cul-de-sac with hardly any passing traffic. The entrance from the street is via a recessed gateway and there is secure off-street parking for 4 or 5 vehicles. 
This large modern house is spread over one floor, on entering the villa there is a large entrance hall with access to a shower room. Through the left door you walk into the stunning lounge-diner with dual patio doors opening onto the large covered terrace. The lounge features comfortable seating with a LED TV offering UK satellite channels, air conditioning and large windows overlooking the tropical gardens. The entrance hall also provides direct access into the kitchen with all modern appliances, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor. The kitchen has a large window overlooking the swimming pool and terraces with further valley views. A door from the kitchen leads into the utility room with separate washing machine and dryer and an external door onto the covered outdoor terrace. Access to the bedrooms is via 4 steps from the entrance leading to two bedrooms with twin single beds both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans and shutters. A double bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, again with ceiling fan and black out shutters. 
The master bedroom has air conditioning, built in wardrobes and a new en-suite with shower over bath. There is also a third bathroom with shower over bath. Outside the covered terrace accessed from the lounge or kitchen has feature curved rattan sofas and a large dining table with a few steps down to the pool terrace. 
The villa is set in the centre of the large grounds (measuring 1000m2) with gravelled tropical gardens to the front. The rear of the Villa faces south-west giving you full sun from morning till sunset and superb sunsets with the mountain backdrop opposite. The pool measures 8m x 4m (at its widest) and is angled to follow the contours of the terrace with steps at the shallow end. 
Adjacent to the pool is a covered BBQ with a fully fitted summer kitchen with a range style oven and hob behind a large American bar and a large table for al-fresco dining. The BBQ is located beside. A pool side jacuzzi / hot tub is also available at additional cost. Alberto comes highly recommended for a peaceful , relaxing holiday in a convenient location not far from Javea's amenities.
