Entry is via double gates on to the private driveway where there is parking for two vehicles and a car port. Entrance to the villa is via a pedestrian gate leading to the pool and main terrace. 
A doorway from this terrace opens into the lounge/dining room that is furnished in traditional Castilian style consisting of a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table and chairs giving that authentic Spanish feel and charm. There is a TV with limited English channels, DVD player a music centre and air conditioning. WiFi broadband is available throughout the villa. 
Off of the lounge/diner there is an American style kitchen with serving hatch, base and eye-level units, gas hob, electric oven and fridge with an ice compartment. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine a second fridge with an ice compartment and microwave. An archway from the lounge leads into a small hallway through to the double bedroom with en-suite with a walk-in shower, wash hand basin and W.C. There is a feature York Stone wall, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and French doors leading out to the pool terrace. 
The second bedroom, which is located off the dining area, has twin beds and an en-suite with walk-in shower, wash hand basin and W.C. And fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. 
Outside there is a large terrace surrounding the 'kidney' shaped pool with roman steps and a pool-side shower, portable BBQ and a partial distant sea view. There is a second terrace on the first floor that enhances the sea view with further views of the Penon de Ifach rock at Calpe and surrounding hillsides. 
The gardens are stepped and landscaped with an abundance of mature flowering shrubs and trees. The town of Moraira with is many bars, restaurants, shops and golden sandy beaches is a short drive away.
Please Note: Please read the above description carefully with regard to the layout of bedrooms and beds provided as in some cases it is necessary to hire an additional folding bed, linen and towels to achieve the full capacity stated. Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
