Margarita

Entry to the villa is via the open plan kitchen, fully equipped with granite work tops, integrated fridge/freezer, 11/2 sink, full oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dishwasher and microwave. An attractive arched breakfast bar leads you straight into the large airy lounge/dining room with a leather sofas and chairs and a glass topped coffee table, flat screen HD TV with English satellite channels and a DVD player.
There is an attractive modern glass topped dining set and coffee tables, cabinets and air conditioning. Double patio doors lead to a glazed naya with coffee table and chairs. Panoramic glazing then opens out onto a terrace with wonderful valley and vineyard views and access to the pool.
A corridor leads to three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master suite, with its Craftmatic electrically adjustable bed, has air conditioning and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and W.C. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, one twin bedded with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, the other with a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The separate fully tiled family bathroom has a bath with double headed shower over, W.C., bidet and wash hand basin with illuminated mirror and storage.
The lower floor is accessed via an external staircase leading to its separate front door. Once inside, you are in a light open plan living-dining-kitchen area, with air conditioning. The kitchen area, separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar/counter, is equipped with granite worktops, inset sink, a gas hob and electric oven, as well as a microwave and refrigerator.
The lounge has leather sofas, large glass-topped coffee table and a flat screen HD TV and DVD player. Doors off the living area and kitchen lead to two bedrooms and a shared shower room. The first bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan and is very spacious. The second bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, shelving unit and a good quality upright fan. (**The washing machine is currently located here, but will be moved to a new location prior to the 2018 season).
Externally, the gardens are immaculate with several charming seating areas and patios. Extensive garden lighting is provided. There is ample parking space on a drive secured by remotely controlled electric gates. The pool terrace is equipped with ample sunbeds and parasols and the summer kitchen houses a dining area, as well as a barbecue and a gas paella ring, sink and a handy refrigerator.
Please Note: Please read the above description carefully with regard to the layout of bedrooms and beds provided, as in some cases it is necessary to hire an additional folding bed, linen and towels to achieve the full capacity stated. Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
