A truly unique style of villa, located on the outskirts of Pollensa old town and within walking distance to all the towns fabulous facilities. The entrance leads into the main living area which has two large comfortable sofas and flat screen television, this is a large living area yet the stone clad interior walls and the wooden beams give this room a real homely feel. The rest of this villa oozes character, furnished throughout with a clever mix of traditional and vintage furniture giving the whole house an extremely homely feel. A beautifully decorated master bedroom is located in the main house and has a wonderful romantic four poster bed and a door which leads to the exterior. There is a large kitchen which is fully equipped and leads to a separate dining area which has a door leading to the terrace and the wonderful and very private pool area. If relaxation is what you are seeking then outside there are plenty of areas to relax and unwind. Whether it’s a dip in the pool, a rest on the comfortable seats in the shaded area or a long lazy lunch this really is the perfect place and from here you can enjoy some stunning country views with the fabulous mountain backdrop. The remaining three spacious bedrooms are located down a few steps to the side of the terrace in a separate annex to the main house; they each have their own bathroom.
