We are excited to announce the addition of this unique villa to our portfolio. Can Fuster is situated near the popular ‘old town’ of Pollensa with its authentic character and thriving atmosphere. The villa has spectacular views over to the Puig Maria Mountain. Set in very private grounds, the villa boasts beautiful mature gardens which surround a good size pool which has been fenced for your comfort. In addition to the gardens and pool the villa really stands out from the crowd with outdoor entertainment offering a great barbecue area for evenings of alfresco dining and the added luxury of an outside Hot Tub/Spa. The house itself is externally quite a traditional Finca style. As you enter the villa you find a large and tastefully decorated open plan living/dining area. Just off the living area is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. There is also a utility room with washing machine next to the lower terrace. As you travel up the wide staircase to the first floor there is an open mezzanine overlooking the lounge (this can accommodate an extra bed). There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and corner bath. The third bedroom is also a twin with en-suite which can only be accessed from the lower terrace via an external staircase. From the living area and the kitchen you have access to a large L shaped covered terrace which is furnished on sides, one side overlooking the pool and gardens and the other side overlooking the golf and puig maria area.
