Set in the beautiful countryside just on the outskirts of the historical old town of Alcudia, with its narrow cobbled streets dotted with some wonderful restaurants, Can Roca is a wonderful villa, perfect for a large family or two separate families. With a generous size pool overlooked by a comfortably furnished terrace and surrounded by a fabulous large lawn area, this really is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable family holiday. Sharing the same owner as Villa Samuel, located next door and decorated throughout in a similar style with a mix of modern, traditional and vintage furniture. The large well equipped kitchen also has two large double fridges, perfect to store all your refreshments. The fabulous family lounge dining area has double doors which lead onto the shaded terrace, a perfect place to relax with your favourite book, or you may want to escape on your own for a while into the very cosy second living area which also has its own television. On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, the remaining four bedrooms are located on the first floor two of which have interconnecting doors. A spacious well-kept family villa with a large garden for children to enjoy playing, if they can tear themselves away from the swimming pool.
